Staff, Peggy and Jack Baskin Foundation

Mimi is a Program Officer at the Peggy and Jack Baskin Foundation. She received a BA and MA in International Studies from the University of California, Davis and the University of San Francisco. Her background in philanthropy has focused on California early learning policy and advocacy, children’s health, early childhood nutrition, and paid family leave. Prior to joining the Peggy and Jack Baskin Foundation, Mimi worked at The David and Lucile Packard Foundation as a Program Associate and at Tides, a San Francisco nonprofit and fiscal sponsor working toward accelerating social change. As a Santa Cruz native, she is passionate about supporting the communities that have impacted her life.
