Kaila Glover Dodson

Staff, Peggy and Jack Baskin Foundation

Kaila is the Administrative Associate at the Peggy and Jack Baskin Foundation. She received a BA in Psychology and Legal Studies from Scripps College with a concentration in Critical Race Theory. For her senior thesis, she researched and wrote about the psychological impacts the police talk has on Black children and how that, in turn, affects their relationship with agents of the law.

Kaila has worked at SCORE (Scripps Community of Resources and Empowerment), an office that is dedicated to community
building through social justice programming. Through her work and education, Kaila has found that she is passionate about the liberation of young women of color.
