The Peggy and Jack Baskin Foundation believes in conserving as much of our grantee partners’ time and effort as possible. In select situations, the foundation is able to invite current and/or past grantee partners, who have previously submitted proposals that were approved for grant funding by the foundation, to submit a grant renewal application instead of a proposal.

If your organization has been invited by the foundation to submit a grant renewal application, please follow the instructions below.

If your organization is hoping to submit a proposal, and has not been invited to submit a renewal application, please see the Apply for a Grant instructions for more information. Please note that the Peggy and Jack Baskin Foundation does not accept unsolicited proposals.

If your organization and/or program has not undergone major changes from those outlined in your organization’s original proposal to the Peggy and Jack Baskin Foundation, you are eligible to complete and submit the check-box grant renewal form. (If you are unsure which form to fill out, please contact Foundation staff.)

  1. Download a check-box grant renewal form.
    • 1 year check-box grant renewal (Word or PDF)
    • 3 year contingency check-box grant renewal (Word or PDF)
  2. Complete the check-box grant renewal form, updating any relevant information.
  3. Email the completed check-box grant renewal form to support[at]baskinfoundation.org at least 15 days prior to the end of your Peggy and Jack Baskin Foundation grant period.

If your organization and/or program has undergone major changes from those outlined in your organization’s original proposal to the Peggy and Jack Baskin Foundation, you must contact support[at]baskinfoundation.org. If you are determined to be eligible to submit a one-page grant renewal application, please follow the instructions below.     • 3 year contingency one-page grant renewal (Word or PDF)
  2. Complete the one-page grant renewal application with your updated information.
  3. Email the completed grant renewal application to support[at]baskinfoundation.org at least 15 days prior to the end of your Peggy and Jack Baskin Foundation grant period.
