The Peggy and Jack Baskin Foundation believes in conserving as much of our grantee partners’ time and effort as possible. In select situations, the Foundation is able to invite current and/or past grantee partners, who have previously submitted proposals that were approved for grant funding, to submit a grant renewal application instead of a full proposal. Two months before the end of your grant period, please reach out to Foundation staff to discuss submitting a checkbox renewal application.
If your organization is hoping to submit a proposal, please see the Apply for a Grant instructions for more information. Please note, to avoid wasting your time, the Peggy and Jack Baskin Foundation does not accept unsolicited proposals.
If your organization has been invited by the Foundation to submit a checkbox grant renewal application, please follow the instructions below.
- Download a check-box grant renewal form.
- Email the completed check-box grant renewal form to Foundation staff at least 15 days prior to the end of your Peggy and Jack Baskin Foundation grant period.
